At the Lakeshore Inn, we want you to be fully prepared and in the know so you can enjoy your Lake Oswego Vacation. By accessing and using our hotel facilities and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation and contact us if you have any questions or would like us to help book your stay. By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood Lakeshore Inn's terms and conditions.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is 11 am. For a late check-out request, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure to check availability.

AGE Must be 18 or older to check in.

AUTHORIZATION A valid credit card and matching ID are required at the time of arrival. This credit card will be authorized at check-in for the full amount of the room, plus tax.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card upon booking. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. On your day of departure, you will be charged your daily room rate, plus applicable taxes and any add-on package.

CANCELLATIONS Unless otherwise specified, reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges during Holidays and Peak Season (May-October), and 48 hours during non-peak season. Cancellations within 72-48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one-night room and tax unless otherwise indicated via a special promotion or package.

NO SHOWS Reservations that result in a no-show will be charged one night’s room & tax to the credit card on file. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

ACCESSIBILITY The Lakeshore Hotel offers Accessible rooms. Please contact our staff at stay@thelakeshoreinn.com if you need assistance selecting an accessible room.

PETS We love our dog guests and look forward to welcoming them! Please let us know prior to your arrival if you are traveling with a pet and provide their name and size. The pet fee is $20 per pet, per night and a pet basket including two dog sheets, two dog bowls, waste bags, and dog treats will be provided. Please note that only the 1st, 2nd and 4th floor room and suites are pet friendly so please confirm with the front desk prior to your arrival.

Dogs must be kept in a kennel while out exploring to avoid disturbances and damage to the room. Damages to the room will incur a fee at check-out. Unless your pet is a service dog, they are not allowed in the pool area.

SMOKING Lakeshore Inn is a non-smoking property, including guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the room and this will be charged upon check-out. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, and any other smoke or vapor delivery device such as incense.

DAMAGES You will be charged for any damages to your room, including, but not limited to, broken or stained facilities, furniture or equipment; missing items; or loss of revenue due to smoking. Charges will be assessed upon cleaning and billed to your method of payment.

QUIET HOURS General courtesy should be exercised at all times so that noise does not negatively impact the experience of another guest. Please maintain quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
