Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Where are you located and how do I get there?
We’re at 210 North State Street, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034. Just ten minutes from Portland, yet right in the heart of Lake Oswego’s lakefront village.

Is parking available on-site?
Yes, free onsite guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes — we are dog-friendly! A fee applies (per pet, per night of $25). Our pet-friendly rooms are on specific floors (1st, 2nd & 4th). Please advise us ahead of time if you're traveling with a dog.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi, and how do I connect?
Absolutely — complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.

Is the hotel smoke-free?
Yes, our entire property is non-smoking (rooms, balconies, public areas). A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is not followed.

What types of rooms or suites do you offer?
We offer a variety of accommodations including King Studios, Queen Studios, One Bedroom Suites, Two Bedroom Suites, Poolside and Lake-View rooms. Many have kitchenettes or full kitchens.

Do the rooms include a mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker?
Yes — our rooms include coffee & tea service (Portland Coffee Roasters & Smith Tea), most have kitchenettes, many include microwaves, and mini-fridges.

Are cribs or rollaway beds available?
Cribs are available upon request. (Please contact us in advance).

Do any rooms have balconies or special views?
Many rooms and suites feature private balconies and beautiful lakefront views.

Yes — our outdoor pool is heated and available year-round.

Do you have a hot tub, sauna, or fitness center?
The hotel website highlights the lakefront pool and deck lounge; if you’re looking for additional wellness amenities (sauna/fitness), please inquire with the front desk so we can connect you to our local partner or options nearby.

Do you offer paddleboards and kayaks for the Lake?
We do not currently have these available to Guests for rent.

Do you offer breakfast or other meals on-site?
We include complimentary morning pastries and coffee as part of your stay. While we don’t have full-scale dining onsite, you’ll be steps from restaurants and cafés in the Village.

Are there restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance?
Yes — many restaurants, shops, and local dining options are just a short walk from the hotel in the Village of Lake Oswego.

Do you have room service or vending machines?
We do not currently offer room service; however, we have a pantry with snacks to purchase.
Reservations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise specified (for holidays or special packages), you may cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival during peak season (May-October), and 48 hours during non-peak season without penalty. Cancellations within that window may be charged one night’s room & tax.

Do you require a deposit when booking a room?
We do not require a deposit, only a credit card guarantee. A valid credit card and matching ID are required at check-in.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you offer any discounts or special packages (AAA, military, extended stay, etc.)?
Yes — we have seasonal offers and packages, such as mid-week discounts (Sunday- Wednesday) and enhancements (picnic, couples, VIP pup). Please check our “Enhance Your Stay” page for current promotions.
